Do I have to take it three times a day?
The effect is the same whether you take it three times a day or nine tablets at a time. Regardless of the number of doses, you can take it consistently every day.
Can pregnant or lactating women consume it?
The main ingredient of QSI-Lacto is galactose, and galactose is a safe food with no restrictions on intake or intake recognized by the Korea Ministry of Food and Drug Safety and the United States FDA.
In particular, it is an ingredient found in large quantities in milk and breast milk, and it's a great component of brain lipids. You can consume it with confidence.
Can I consume it even if I have lactose intolerance?
You can consume it even if you are lactose intolerant.
Because QSI-Lacto is an ingredient made by breaking down lactose and only fermenting and refining galactose, it can be consumed safely even by people who are lactose intolerant.
Rather, those who are lactose intolerant should consume even more since galactose intake has been discontinued.
Can I take it with other lactic acid bacteria or supplements?
Because QSI-Lacto is a safe food, it can be consumed with other lactic acid bacteria or supplements and does not overlap or conflict with it. Rather, it is better to take it together because it helps the action of lactic acid bacteria.
Is it not recommended if the intestines are naturally active and strong?
QSI-Lacto serves as food for and increases the growth of Akkermansia bacteria, which protect intestinal immune cells and block the invasion of harmful bacteria, so consuming it benefits your health regardless of whether your intestines are healthy.
Even if your intestines are fine now, the composition of intestinal bacteria can change from time to time due to bad foods such as overeating, high-fat diet, and drinking, so if you take it consistently, you can always maintain a healthy intestinal bacterial composition.
Can constipation be improved?
Since constipation is also a problem of intestinal bacterial balance, many reviews have proven that it is effective for constipation as well.
In some cases, the intestines improve quickly and the effect is gradually visible after about 1 month.
Usually, you will see results after taking it for about 3 months, so it is recommended to take it for more than 3 months.
How long do I have to take it for it to be effective?
We recommend taking it for more than 3 months, and to feel the effects properly, you must take it for more than 12 months.
Products such as Wegobee and Saxenda are also recommended for use for 68 weeks (approximately 16 months). (Wegobee, 15% effect for 68 weeks)
When is the best time to take it?
It is best to chew or dissolve 3-4 pieces after a meal and eat them during or immediately after a meal.
Akkermansia bacteria are mainly found in the large intestine. This is because it has a higher chance of reaching the large intestine if taken with a meal to reach the large intestine rather than being absorbed in the small intestine.
The paper states that it is best to take it with a meal or immediately after a meal. However, in our experiments, there was no significant difference between taking it on an empty stomach and taking it after a meal.
You can also use it to relieve hunger between meals or to supplement sugar.
For those on a diet, if there is a lack of sugar, there is a risk of failure due to hunger or hypoglycemic shock, so we strongly recommend taking QSI-Lacto occasionally.
I keep eating it because it’s delicious. Is that okay?
The recommended daily amount is 5-10g. Since it is a food product, there is no limit to intake, but it may exceed the recommended amount of sugar.
Is QSI-Lacto good for children?
Galactose is a sugar found in breast milk and is good for kids and babies because they have been ingesting it since they were newborn babies. However, please be careful not to swallow it as it may get stuck in their throat.
Why is QSI-Lacto’s shape inconsistent?
QSI-Lacto is a pure, unprocessed gemstone broken into bite-sized pieces, so it does not have a regular shape. It is safer and cleaner because no impurities or artificial substances are added during processing.
It’s a type of sugar, doesn't it cause cavities?
Galactose is a sugar extracted from milk that is not easily utilized by cavity-causing bacteria.
I am worried because I have diabetes. Is it okay to take it?
We recommend it to people with diabetes. It is absorbed slowly and, even if absorbed, must go through the process of being converted to glucose, so it does not raise blood sugar levels significantly.
